Where Is The Nearest Address Plaque Police Station In Connecticut?

Call me crazy or call me stupid but I never knew that they gave out an award for the best address. A friend of mine just received an address plaque and a guy down the road also received an address plaque. I just wonder where the hell is mine! I should have already received an adress plaque because I have the best address in the world and my address is alot better than theirs! I wonder if the judging for the best address is rigged and if my friend slipped the judges fifty bucks just so that she could win. She probably did, I wouldn't put it past her. Can somebody please give me the address to the nearest address plaque police station in Connecticut.
